This notice describes how personal data is handled when you use the IFDSGN website and its contact forms. It reflects the current technical architecture of the site.
1. Controller
IFDSGN operates this website and manages the personal data submitted through its contact and demo-request channels. For privacy matters, contact hello@ifdsgn.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect personal data only when you choose to contact us or request a product demo.
Depending on the form, this may include: name, work email, company, role, project description, how we can help, product of interest (FIXIO or PROODO), free-text context, optional website or context link, and optional project-type selection.
A hidden anti-spam field may be present on forms; it is not intended for you to fill in.
Server-side, we may temporarily use your IP address solely to limit abusive submission rates. We do not run advertising trackers, behavioural profiling, analytics products, or third-party video embeds on this site.
3. Contact and demo requests
Contact / inquiry submissions are sent through our first-party form endpoint and delivered as email to the IFDSGN business inbox (hello@ifdsgn.com), with an automatic confirmation email to the address you provide.
Request Demo submissions follow the same pattern for product demo conversations (FIXIO or PROODO), delivered to the IFDSGN business inbox with a confirmation to you.
Form submissions are not stored in an application database on this website.
4. Purposes and legal basis
We process the data you submit in order to receive, understand, and respond to your inquiry or demo request, and to operate the related email delivery.
Processing is based on steps prior to a contract or our legitimate interest in responding to professional requests you initiate, and where applicable on compliance with legal obligations related to business communications.
We do not use these forms for marketing newsletters or advertising consent.
5. How data is processed
When you submit a form, your browser sends the data to our website infrastructure. The request is validated, checked for abuse patterns, and passed to our transactional email provider so messages can be delivered to IFDSGN and a confirmation can be sent to you.
Website pages, styles, scripts, fonts, and media are delivered as first-party assets from our hosting environment. Product videos and images on the site are hosted as first-party files — not third-party video players.
6. Service providers
Cloudflare provides website delivery and edge compute for ifdsgn.com. In that role Cloudflare may process technical request data necessary to serve the site.
Brevo provides transactional email delivery for form notifications and confirmation messages. Brevo processes the personal data contained in those emails as a service provider / processor for that purpose.
We do not claim that these providers process no personal data. They process data only as needed to provide the services described above.
7. Data retention
We retain inquiry and demo-related communications for as long as necessary to handle your request and to meet related legal or administrative obligations.
This website does not keep a separate application database of form submissions. Emails reside in the IFDSGN business mailbox (and may be retained by the email provider according to that service’s operation).
8. International transfers
Service providers used for hosting and email may process data in the European Economic Area and/or other countries where they operate their infrastructure.
Where transfers outside the EEA occur in connection with those services, they are governed by the providers’ applicable transfer mechanisms and contractual terms.
9. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to this architecture, including HTTPS delivery, server-side validation, honeypot and rate-limiting controls on forms, and restriction of mail credentials to server-side secrets.
No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we work to reduce risk consistent with the scale of this site.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal data, and to data portability where applicable.
To exercise these rights in relation to data we hold through contact or demo correspondence, email hello@ifdsgn.com with a clear request.
11. Complaints
If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in your country of residence or in Italy (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali), without prejudice to other remedies.
12. Changes
We may update this notice when the website’s architecture, providers, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised when material changes are published.
